1 POINT PERSPECTIVE DRAWING

For my one-point perspective drawing I drew a divided porch that sits upon a hill looking over an ocean, some tree tops and the roof of a beach hut. In the center of the page is the open wall at the end of the porch line and in the center of that opening is where I placed my one vanishing point. From the way you view the drawing, you see a basic rectangle shape with all four corners meeting at the vanishing point along with the lines of the outer rails and cylinder bases. Looking beyond the porch is the view of the ocean and where the sky meets the ocean is where the horizon line is placed.
